What You’ll Need to Begin the Registration Process with MDCPS:

- Child’s date of birth
- Child’s grade-level for the 2023-2024 school year

Registration Requirements:
- Student must be five years old on or before September 1, 2023 to register for Kindergarten

- Certification of immunization and health examinations
